This course provides a basic understanding of design methodology by exploring various approaches, methods, processes, frameworks, tools, and instruments used in design planning/strategies that are essential for developing solutions in visual communication design. Students are expected to be able to understand human-centered design, evaluate multidisciplinary approaches in the creative process and various methodologies in problem-solving, integrate design thinking principles, and apply appropriate design methodologies at a later stage.
